Deep Sleep Hypnosis
A guided sleep hypnosis audio protocol designed to help the body downshift, the mind release the day, and sleep arrive more naturally.

CONTENT REPORT
Sleep is not passive. It is one of the body’s most important recovery systems, supporting physical repair, emotional regulation, memory consolidation, cognitive performance, and next-day resilience.
When sleep is disrupted, everything else becomes harder: focus, mood, energy, discipline, training, appetite, and decision-making.
HYPNS_SLP_001 was created as a practical sleep tool for people who want a solution that uses the most effective methods currently available.
This audio combines three evidence-informed approaches:
Guided sleep hypnosis is a structured hypnotherapy designed to slow mental activity, quiet internal dialogue, and guide attention toward sleep. Clinical hypnosis for sleep is a rapidly expanding research area, with studies showing benefits for sleep quality, sleep duration, and insomnia symptoms [1,2].
Brainwave synchronisation uses low-frequency rhythmic principles associated with neural entrainment. Binaural auditory stimulation is a supportive audio feature [3].
Sleep soundscape design is a bespoke background soundscape shaped around sleep science, circadian-friendly relaxation, and psychoacoustic principles. Research on ambient sleep music suggests it improves subjective sleep quality and reduces sleep onset latency [4].
This is a nightly protocol: press play, stop trying, and let the process take over. Listen lying down, or seated somewhere safe and comfortable. Do not force the process. You do not need to “try” to be hypnotised. Let the audio play and allow attention to drift naturally. For best results, use at bedtime or during a planned rest period. Use nightly for 14 days as a structured sleep reset period. Notice how refreshed you feel the next day.
Your day shapes your life. Start with sleep.
